The staff were amazing trying to sort it out.
Parking is a nightmare at this hotel. The EV chargers were blocked by disabled vehicles, making it impossible to charge my car. I understand the intention behind the shared parking, but the inconvenience is unacceptable and frustrating.

The Double Room was comfy with a really nice bed that had a mattress topper, and I slept well with the duvet. It was clean and had a decent size. The bathroom was spacious too. I noticed it was recently repainted, which looked pretty modern, even if I’m not a fan of the grey color. it did feel like everything was in place for a good night's rest.

The reception staff greeted me warmly, making check-in a pleasant experience. I appreciated the thoughtful gesture of providing a blanket for my dogs, which showed genuine hospitality. The secure parking gave me peace of mind, as it is essential during long road trips. I also liked the extensive breakfast spread. it definitely added a positive touch to my stay.
The pet policy could have been communicated better, as it wasn't clear how many pets were allowed in the room.

I had a very pleasant stay at Ibis. The room was clean and comfortable, with a brilliant bathroom equipped with ample towels and a strong shower. The breakfast was outstanding, featuring freshly baked croissants, a selection of meats and cheeses, and a variety of good quality teas. with free parking right outside the room, it made loading and unloading luggage quite convenient.
